“I personally wanted to thank you for all your hard work in making my dream come true and finally moving in and finishing my house. I can imagine it was a hard and daunting decision to even take on my project due to the previous builder making such a mess of everything and an unfinished build. As you know I pursued 2 other builders to build my house and unfortunately one builder in particular left me high and dry and also left me in debt. After reading other peoples testimonials, I knew RSJ was the right choice for me. Working with other builders and their crew was incredibly painful but not with RSJ. When RSJ took over my build we didn’t know what to expect, but they always came up with a solution/design and always made everything achievable even though RSJ were pushed to the limits at some stages in the project! Throughout the project, I was put at ease with frequent consultations and daily communications. RSJ showed me courtesy/kindness and listened to what I actually wanted and never once did we have crossed words even though at times I did push you. All your workmen were extremely professional and hard working and could never do enough which is very rare in the building trade. It is with genuine pleasure and satisfaction I would highly recommend RSJ. I had a lengthy list for RSJ to finish my build – no request was too menial or frivolous.
The subcontractors were always pleasant and courteous, I actually miss their presence! They are certainly outstanding professionals whose excellent work made my dream come true!
